Cancellation & Refund Policy

All 1:1 reading bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled appointment, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future reading, subject to Melissa’s cancellation/rescheduling policy. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
